RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
The items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Clearance sale items are FINAL SALE.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY SO NO USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED.
Accessories, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Bathing Suits, and White Clothing items are FINAL SALE due to hygiene purposes.
We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the items/exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.
RETURN SHIPPING is the responsibility of the customer.
- Must email email@example.com for return approval.
- Please include your order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn.
- Accessories, Jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
- All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.
- Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
You have 24-48 hours from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
