Shipping Policy

SHIPPING MAY DELAY DUE TO COVID-19

All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends, and US holidays regardless of method of shipment elected.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Make sure that everything on your order is correct before finalizing your order.
    • We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order.

PREORDER ITEMS: If your order contains a PREORDER item, we will not be shipping your order separately. We will ship all items in the order that your preorder items arrive.
